Summer Search

For two summers, Brawer Hauptman + Larkin had the opportunity to host 20 high school juniors who were interested in pursuing architecture and engineering as a career and were participating in Summer Search.  For two weeks, we learned about adaptive reuse, visiting one of our ongoing projects and working in teams to produce conceptual designs; we were hosted by the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation who introduced us to the Master Plan and gave us a tour of some of the completed waterfront projects; we walked from City Hall to the Art Museum and learned about the plans for reimagining the Parkway, and we toured the Arch Street Presbyterian Church and discussed concepts for a Master Plan.
