The McDowell project is a fitout of 2500sf space on the 3rd floor of a building in suburban Philadelphia. The renovation includes seven treatment/hygiene rooms along with the associated support spaces that include sterilization, lab, and imaging rooms. A neutral color scheme of black, white, and grey with accents of brass and wood flooring was selected for the finishes. The space features a circular reception and checkout hub that anchors the space and greets patients as they enter.
This Arch Oral Surgery project is a fitout of an existing 2660 sf suburban office building. The facility includes four exam rooms, two treatment and consultation rooms, offices and support spaces.
The General Contractor for both projects was D'Lauro & Rodgers.
